Website items pre-ordered, please allow up to 3 weeks to produce and screen print your products. Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to geographical locations. We are not responsible for production delays, out-of-stock items or delivery errors or carrier transit delays. Once your order is placed, changes cannot be made to size, color or quantity of the item purchased. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. Check your ship to & billing address to be sure it is correct prior to placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an e-mail with an order confirmation and order number for your reference. Once the order ships, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. Order processing and delivery will take approximately 3 to 5 weeks or sooner depending on the delivery address to 48 contiguous states excluding weekends & holidays. Domestic orders: We use UPS & USPS for orders within 50 United States.
